To add your own pages, click
Home and then in the New Slide
gallery.

CHOOSE A PRESENTATION DESIGN
… and click on the placeholders to add your own pictures and titles.

own outlines and make
corrections to the pictures, such
as adjusting the brightness and
contrast or crop the picture to
only show a part of it.

The quickly pictures styles give you attractive "frames" with just one click.

• In the Insert tab, galleries include designed elements to
match the general appearance of the document.
You may use these galleries to insert tables, headers, footers,
lists, covers and other building blocks. When you create
pictures, organization charts or diagrams, they also match
the current appearance of the document.

• You may change the format of the text easily by selecting it
in the document and choosing an appearance for the text
selecting it in the Quick Styles gallery in the Home tab. Most
of the controls offer the choice of using the appearance of
the current theme or an specific format.

• To change the general appearance of your document, set the
different elements for the Themes in the Design tab.
