- 4. The need of… Before started a major work, it is necessary to pay heed to every aspect significant for the project. Those aspects may include its Geographical and Economical position,t he density of people living there, availability of natural and handmade resources, etc.
- 5. OBJECTIV ES To understand how a Town serves as a tool for spatial planning at a city level. To Understand the relationships between physical planning policies and the social, economic and environmental goals of major stakeholders. To be able to answer the what, where, when & how questions pertaining to physical planning.

Study of the broader context in which the town has developed.
