- 5. We use Present Simple Tense to talk about habitual activities = the things we do repeatedly. We use the adverbs of frequency (always, usually, sometimes, never …) with this tense. Usage

- 9. Usage We use the Present Continuous Tense to talk about actions that are in progress in the present = actions that are happening at the moment of speaking. We also use it to describe a changing situation. We generally don’t use the adverbs of frequency with this tense. We use time expressions like now, at the moment, right now...
