NANORESONANCE TECHNOLOGY S.A. DE C.V.



We are a R&D company, and we have international patents in
frequencies generation and its different applications.
The company was founded on December 12, 2006, as a joint
venture between Gausser Fluid Technology and NRT Inc. In 2009
NRT went out of business and sold back their share to Gausser
Fluid Technology.
Income: during the last 6 years income has been 1.5 million
dollars and its from sales and R&D funding.
Personnel: the team is integrated by 15 people. 6 engineers, 3
administrative, 4 production labors and 2 students.
MARKET PAINS.

• Farmers move to other Crops Varieties looking forward for a
  higher added value product,
• Insufficient knowledge of new crops.
Californian avocado case

•   California is one of the world mayor avocado producers.
•   Since 2007 avocado fields had decrease 20% (65.500 acres in
    2007 to 52.150 on 2011)
•   This has been result of:
        • the water usage regulations.
        • Increments in energetics.
        • Imports from Chile and Mexico.
•   Demand increase from 220,000 tons to 480,000 tons
    between 2000 and 2006.
•   Californian avocado farmers can`t be competitive with the
    present situation even the market is highly profitable.
SOLUTIONS OFFERED.

The accelerated crop development production unit (UPOD)
modifies water using frequencies.
This modifications helps plants to:
• efficiently adsorb the water and therefore the nutrients,
• Avoids plant stress.
• Accelerate grow,
• More production,
• Better root growth,
• Pathogen resistance.
“Strawberry study”

The company has installed the UPOD on a strawberry field in
Zamora, at harvest mid season.
The producer is certified by “Driscoll´s”, that has the highest
standards for importing into the United States and Europe.
The results show an increment of 24% in just 8 irrigations (21
days), and we expect an increment in the next data recollection
(3 weeks)of 50 to 60% increment in production;
This as result of the new sprouts that were in the treated plants.
The non treated didn’t presented any new leaves or sprouts.
This study will be finish on the 15 of may.
“Recinus or castor oil plant success case”

We did an experiment on oleaginous plants as a biodiesel
integrated experiment that began late July 2011.
Helped by the El Llano Technological and a CINVESTAV expert, we
designate our test field keeping the same conditions on
watering, nutrients, and soil.
After 4 months we achieve a production of 500% more than the
witness field.
On November 29th 2011 a frost “burn” all the plants; 2 weeks
later the treated plants began growing new leafs; untreated
plants were killed by the frost. 4 months later we are expecting a
new harvest with the same characteristics.
Business model.

We look for a similar model than the one we are using in Mexico, a
distributor that will be in charge of the installation and supervision
of the equipment and collecting rents. The distributor will have a
percentage of the rent.
Rents amounts will be calculated in three factors average; fertilizers
cost, cultivation duration and expected overproduction. A extra
charge for installation, supervision and insurance may be charge
depending on other conditions.
Rent contract is annual divided in monthly payments.
The model advantage is that the farmer will pay the rents of the
surplus keeping extra profits of the overproduction.
It is a gain-gain model.
Business model.
The farmer earnings will result of:
• an overproduction with the standard operational cost,
• been more competitive,
• Face imports and other barriers.
The distributor revenues will be generated by:
• Installation,
• Supervision,
• Statistic control.
Nanoresonance Technology revenues will result of:
• Rents
• Financing (in the near future)

EQUIPMENT:
Can treat 10 liters(2.8 gallons) per second or up to 24 acres
plantation.
Lifetime of 2,5 years.

DISTRIBUITOR SUPERVISION
Every Three weeks.
The device is based on the principle of MAXIMUM ABSORPTION OF
ENERGY known as “magnetic resonance” where specific frequencies
generates exponential harmonic square pulses that modify the
molecules structure. This can be explain as a reduction on surface
tension, that will help plants to absorbs the water and nutrients in an
accelerated and efficiently way.

a electron with a magnetic charge. This effect make an instability and
makes the atom or molecule to recover stability attaching itself to an
opposite charge. The ionization effect is for a short term, because its
based on instability.
Our principles are base in the elongation of electrons
orbits, modifying the angle of hydrogen bridges, keeping water
molecule stable for a longer period.

INDIRECT COMPETITION:
There are many technologies that helps to improve agriculture, as
mulching, drip irrigation, fertilizers and others. Our system can be a
complementary unit more than a competition or substitute. For
example, our equipment can be attach to a dripping irrigation
system, and the sum will result in higher efficiency and production.

•   Experience has teach us that the best way to sale is
    demonstrating what we claim to do.
•   Demonstrating tests have to be for a short term (no longer than 1
    month) because we know the effectiveness of our equipment.
•   We are so sure that the client will be pleased, that the firsts
    equipment's will have a 30 days satisfaction guarantee.
•   After the acceptance of the technology we can develop the next

            • Search for high agricultural zones.
