This document proposes a recycling program called Re-Caffeine that encourages coffee drinkers to recycle coffee cups by giving them points they can redeem for rewards. It includes personas of different types of coffee drinkers - "Hyper Youngsters" who love coffee and sugar, "Place Matters" who go to cafes mainly for the social aspect, and "Ti's coffee, pal" who sees coffee as something to be appreciated. A cultural probe is also proposed to learn more about coffee drinkers, including giving out a gift card, notebook, camera, cups and recycling pictures to collect feedback on.
