NASA will award five companies - Russian, Chinese, ESA, ISRO, and JAXA - $10 billion each by January 31, 2021 to manufacture the next generation of space shuttles, space stations, and space transports. SpaceX will retire from flights to the International Space Station in 2021 and end its space program, as NASA seeks others to take over building and designing new space infrastructure from start to finish to serve countries like China, Japan, the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Russia, India, and more.
