ARRANGE FOR GOP FUNDING, DONOR SUPPORT ETC FOR MEGA PROJECTS IN HYDEL, COAL AND NUCLEAR SECTORS. 5. SECURE LONG TERM SUPPLIES OF OIL & GAS FROM MID EAST AND CAS THROUGH UPSTREAM INVOLVEMENT AND GOVERNMENT TO GOVERNMENT LEVEL COOPERATION. 6. FAST TRACK AGREEMENTS AND IMPLEMENTATION OF TRANS NATIONAL OIL AND GAS PIPELINES . 7.
