- 5. Objectives of Tempus-ECESIS Centre 5 Objectives of ECMIT Centre Providing the educational services for local government staff in framework of TEMPUS-ECESIS Project. The educational and training techniques based on modern Information technologies and its applications will be used.

Activities of Tempus-ECESIS Centre 6 Objectives of ECMIT Centre ► training courses ► seminars and workshops ► consulting and information services on IT-technologies implementation ► development, publishing and distribution of information and learning materials (posters, flyers, brochures, learning-books) ► development of web site ► Experience exchange with Partners from Moldova and outside

Target group 7 Objectives of ECMIT Centre ► Local government staff from 3 towns of Gagauz Yeri Authonomy: Comrat, Chadyr-Lunga, Vulkaneshty. ► Courses and trainings will be organized for 50-60 participants: 5-6 groups by 10 participants. ► The information distribution about courses and selection procedure will be made together with local authority. ► The selection of participant will be based on the non-discrimination access to training without dependence from a gender, language, or nationality. For successfully passed participants of courses will be award the CERTIFICATE issued by Comrat State University. In the Certificate will be indicated titles of courses and its duration in hours.

Budget of ECMIT Centre Co-funding from Comrat State University in amount of 1600,- EUR include: ► furniture for ECMIT Centre (computer desks, chairs, etc.) ► covering of expenses for electricity, phone, internet, etc. + salary for technical assistance stuff ► covering of expenses for publishing of brochures, information materials, books etc. 11

Activity of Tempus-ECESIS Centre after termination of TEMPUS-ECESIS Programme Activity of ECESIS Centre aftertermination of TEMPUS-ECESIS Programme will be carried out in following directions: ► the continue to provide information and consulting services on IT technology implementation for administrative staff of local government and education institutions ► T he providing free courses for staff and students of Comrat State University in following directions : · Information management; · IT technology for automatization of financial and accountant work in the education institutions ; · IT technology for automatization of work circulation ; ► automati zati on of library fund at the Comrat S tate university; ► implementation of distant- and e-learning at the Comrat State University 12
