Engagement Model Identify suitable technical resources, and propose to the client Deploy only the client shortlisted resources within the mutually agreed duration Duration of the contract would be specified, and per agreed arrangements, the resource would be transferred to the client payroll after the contract duration. We identify and deploy our development centre resource per the requirement. Client would not assess the resource before on-boarding and we provide 7 day trial guarantee. Replacement guarantee, if the resource’s performance during trial period is unsatisfactory. Engagements are pure contract and duration can be as short as 3months to as long as 24months.
