Meet face to face with the potential employee to determine our client’s cultural fit Technical assessment using Prove IT to determine a potential employee’s proficiency within a specific area Conduct recent and relative reference checks from past employers (managers / supervisors)  Finalized lockdown with potential employee to ensure interest level, commitment, and qualification match
