BUTTON
INTRODUCTION :
Button is an essential material which is applied to make better garments. Button always used all most every type
of cloth or garments what Ever you say! Button ingress the fineness and it’s also play the essential part of
garment. A button can be made from different type of material like wood, plastic, bone, pearl, nylon, acrylic metal
and see shell.
In modern clothing and fashion design, a button is a small fastener, now most commonly made of plastic, but
also frequently of metal, wood or seashell, which secures two pieces of fabric together.
In archaeology, a button can be a significant artifact. In the applied arts and in craft, a button can be an example
of folk art, studio craft, or even a miniature work of art.
Buttons are most often attached to articles of clothing but can also be used on containers such as wallets and
bags. However, buttons may be sewn onto garments and similar items exclusively for purposes
of ornamentation. Buttons serving as fasteners work by slipping through a fabric or thread loop, or by sliding
through a buttonhole. Other types of fastenings include zippers, Velcro and magnets.

CHARACTER OF A BUTTON
1. A button should not reduce its color during using.
2. A button should not reduce its color and strength after washing hot or cold water
3. A button should not melt or crease by calendaring or ironing heat.
4. A button should be perfect in wash fastness as a result its never be able to make discolor the dress by its own
color.
5. A button should not broke or itchy by a tiny thrust.
6. A button should be able to sticky with the dress.
7. A button should be rust free after using a long duration though it’s made from steel or iron metal.
8. A button should be comfortable and look gorgeous.
9. A button should be easy to use any where any time.
10. Carve of the button should be smooth so that it never harm the cloth or the body.
