- 2. PRESENTATION DEVMED is a training organisation that was created in 2003. It has 3 permanent employees, 4 trainers on hourly basis, and 1 half time employee It is based in the South of France and works in the PACA region
- 3. ACTIVITES DE VMED develops its activities in 2 axes : Development of competences (DOC) Consulting and implementation of Euro-Mediterranean projects
- 4. Axe 1 : Development of Competences For the SMEs through : GPEC (Provisional Management of Jobs and Competences) Training to employees (office work, IT, Languages) Access to VAE
- 5. Axe 1 : Development of Competences (cont.) For the unemployed through : Development of portfolios of competences in the framework of the service PLIE Perfectionning the techniques of employment research (CV, motivation letters, preparation for job interviews, …) Accompaniment in the process of VAE The
- 6. Axe 1 : Ongoing projects Implementation of a process to access employment for young people in difficulty from the city of Miramas Implementation of a GPEC plan for IMF in the sector of social work

Axe 2 :Consulting and implementation of Euro-Mediterranean projects For the Public Organisations (Regional councils, municipalities, departments) Definition of a strategy on a short and mid term to integrate in the European Programmes Watching for new national and European calls for proposals Realisation of concept notes Elaboration and submission of projects
