Public Domain and the Need for Reform:Sonny Bono Act cut down on Public Domain 	opportunities
Example: The Scarlet Letter Website- With New Digital Age the Need was apparent for	 	reform
Creative Commons:-Created in 2002-In between " All Rights Reserved" and "No Rights 	Reserved”- Six Basic Types of Creative Commons Licenses
