 Payroll - Is technology that aims to streamline and automate the process of
paying a company's employees included deliver accurate, on-time payroll with
modules including Absence Management and Flexible Benefits and Rewards.

 Analyze our Customers, Market,
Competition and competitor.
 It is decided that our target market is fixed.
 Our target markets are garments industries.
 HR and Payroll software mostly needed
garments industry so we need to follow and fixed a plan for them.
 Need to follow the competitors price.
 We need to follow both ways of marketing like direct marketing and
online marketing.
 VIP network event ( VIP network event indicate special client of
our Chairman sir, Managing Director sir, Chief Executive sir. We
need to work through our VIP network that is like client on
refference of our VIP )
The process of direct and online marketing:
 Direct Marketing: We need to communicate with our target client directly
face to face. Describe them about our products and services. Need to follow of
our VIPs clients and reference.
 Online Marketing: Search client from different source and just knock
them over phone or email. If over phone then try to take a meeting with them.
Processes should follow:
 Collecting details information of our target clients from
different sources.
 Communicate with them.
 Build a good relationship.
 Fixed a meeting date.
 Tell them about HR and Payroll software and benefits of its.
 Convince them.
 Finally taking order from them.
 Deliver the product within period of time and again build a
good relationship for future/further references.
