This day and age, we hear everyone talking about going green, and there are few concerned one and visionaries like Mr. Anand Mishra, Director Trimurty Group who may unarguably be referred as Spearhead of an idea to execute Green Building here in Rajasthan, particularly in Residential Sector. Whether we want to admit it or not, at some point everyone will have to follow the green movement. This thought is predominant in contentious yet tiring still unapologetic effort of Mr. Anand Mishra and the Consultants Mishra Garg & Associates towards creating a no-less wonder “Aurum” very aptly defining its Latin name Gold, also it may be mentioned here that Building is Gold rated by IGBC So in all symbolic as well as factual terms its PURE GOLD. I request all of you that we must thank Mr. Anand Mishra and the consultants Mr. Rajeev Garg and Mr. Ashok Mishra for their contribution and greet them with a round of applause.
- 3. Sustainable Site Implemented Erosion & Sedimentation Control Measure at site. Rain Water Harvesting System for entire roof and non-roof areas. Reduce heat islands (thermal gradient differences between developed and undeveloped areas) to minimize impact on microclimate and human wildfire habitat. Use of STP (40 KLD) at site to treat waste water. Reduced exterior lighting power density and installed downward lighting fixtures to reduce night sky pollution. - 4. Water Efficiency Water Efficient Landscaping - 100% of the irrigation water requirement is being fulfilled by the STP treated water. Use of water efficient low flow fixtures. Use of Building Construction Materials having Recycled contents – Fly Ash bricks, Window Glass, UPVC windows, 25% in steel, gypsum, POP. - 7. Indoor Environmental Quality Maximizing Daylight in the residential units by providing enhanced open able area and best window glass selection. Enhanced Fresh Air in residential units by providing extra window to carpet area ratio.
