- 3. INTRODUCTION MOBILE LEARNING Mobile learning, also known as m-learning, is a new way to access learning using mobiles. It is the ability to obtain or provide educational content on personal pocket devices such as PDAs, smartphones and laptops.. According to Lan and Sie (2010) M-Learning is a kind learning model allowing learners to obtain learning materials anywhere and anytime using mobile technologies and the internet. According to Coates et al., (2009) Mobile learning refers to devices that are both transportable and offer instantaneous access to information.

IMPORTANCE • Phones ,computers and other media devices can now fit our pocket with ability to connect us to a variety of information sources and enable communication nearly everywhere we go • .It comes as no surprise that people would look for ways no integrate mobile computing into e learning to make courses more accessible and portable. • Today's students are no longer the people our educational system was designed to teach. Young and old students especially from classes 5 to 12 are not interested in studying subjects like biology , Hence educators should focus ways to improve their interests using mobile learning devices to engage them to learn. • Technology is moving faster pace than research, as such mobile Learning research is still in the relatively early stages.

BYJU”S : The Learning App BYJU'S – The Learning App is the common brand name for Think and Learn Private Ltd., a Bangalore-based educational technology (edtech) . • It is an online tutoring firm founded in 2011 by Byju Raveendran at Bangalore. • Shah Rukh Khan is the brand ambassador for BYJU'S. In July 2019, BYJU'S acquired Indian Cricket team's jersey rights. • This App is the world’s largest learning app for school students with 16 million registered students on its platform. The app offers comprehensive learning programs in Math and Science for students between classes 4th- 12th. It also has test prep courses for competitive exams like CAT, NEET & JEE, IAS, GRE & GMAT etc.

It uses technology to bring together teachers and students on a single platform to enable live learning between them. The name Vedantu is formed by two Sanskrit words Veda (Knowledge) + Tantu (Network), signifying a 'Knowledge Network' where any student can tap into a teacher of his choice directly and the learning can happen, anytime- anywhere. The fact is that convenience is everything in today’s busy society and will continue to be in generations to come. • M-learning typically occurs outside the classroom, with only limited guidance from instructors. • M-learning opens so many doors to new technology and will continue to get more complex as the years go on. • So many more opportunities are being giving to get an education and to expand your knowledge. This is a great way to help people learn better. Its app is totally possible and contributes to training quality enhancing at schools and universities.
