                               THINKPLAN cause …..
THE IMPACT IS HIGH USING THE HIP METHOD – THESE ARE SOME
                            REASONS

 The preparation and structure of the presentation reduces fear
  and stress during delivery.
 The purpose of the presentation is clear and the thorough
research and backup information is targeted towards a goal
 Presenting with the receiver’s needs in mind increases
  commitment to action
 The structure of high impact presentations gives confidence
because of the in-depth preparation and the uniqueness of the
  method of structuring the message.
 The method focuses on inspiring the audience to take action.
 Your awareness of your own and the body language of your
audience ensures your message and body tells the same story
THE DESIGN AND
DELIVERY OF HIGH
IMPACT PRESENTATIONS
  ARE SKILLS LEARNT
 DURING A TWO DAY
     WORKSHOP

                       THINKPLAN
LEARNING OUTCOME 1 – DELIVER WITH AWARENESS

Delegates will be
more aware of
their own and the
body language
of the receiver
and understand
the importance of
body language
that supports
their message.
LEARNING OUTCOME 2 – PRESENT IN A COMFORTABLE AND LESS
                    ANXIOUS WAY

Delegates will be
more aware of how
stress factors
influence the result
of presentations and
how through the high
impact presentations
method, the
preparation and
structure will
reduce fears during
delivery.
LEARNING OUTCOME 3 – DEVELOP PURPOSEFUL PRESENTATIONS
WHICH LEAD TO A REALISTIC OUTCOME

  The goal of the
  presentation is
  clearly defined
  and forms the
  basis of the entire
  presentation and
  supporting
  information
LEARNING OUTCOME 4 – CONDUCT AN AUDIENCE ANALYSIS

Presenting with
the receiver in
mind leads to
higher probability
of buy-in and
resulting
commitment to
action
LEARNING OUTCOME 5 – FORMULATE THE MESSAGE OR INFORMATION
TO RESULT IN A REALISTIC ACTION

   The method
   focuses on
   inspiring the
   audience to take
   action which they
   are capable of
   saying yes to
THE HIGH IMPACT WORKSHOPS ARE ABOUT LEARNING USING REAL LIFE
                   PRESENTATION THEMES.

   delegates brainstorm
   themes and
   develop their own
   individual or group
