Investing in Employees Through Training
 It might seem costly to offer employees regular, in-depth training or
development, but this sort of investment in your employees has been
proven to yield effective results. For new employees who are fresh out of
college, the truth is that many are not labor-ready; meaning that they lack
the necessary training to be productive at a job immediately. For longer-
term employees, training and development can increase productivity and
efficiency, which can in turn boost company profits.

 If your company is experiencing a high turnover rate, it might seem
ineffective to spend resources training employees who will be gone soon.
However, training programs actually make employees more productive
and boost office morale, which can result in employees staying at the job
for a longer period of time.

with software updates and increased reliance on digital technologies. But
regular training sessions on topics such as diversity, sexual harassment,
customer service, and conflict resolution can benefit employees in a
