  Process drivers are focused on       improving
    work   processes       through     knowledge
    management
  Design to improve work process

  Elimination of duplicate mistake by learning

  Responsiveness that exceeds the competition
    becomes the key contribute to differentiation.
Process focused drivers

     Also :
     The need to avoid repeated and
       often-expensive mistakes.
     Need to avoid unnecessary
       reinvention
     The need for accurate predictive
       anticipation
     The emerging need for competitive
       responsiveness.
Expensive, repeated mistakes and
reinvention of solutions


       Businesses     are disconcerted by
        reinventing solutions and repeating
        mistakes because they could not
        identify or transfer best practices and
        experiential      knowledge      across
        locations or projects

       Business incur unnecessary expense
        to relearn the same lessons
Proactive opportunity-seeking behavior


  Inability to integrate external knowledge
   with internal expertise

 Inability to recognize the forces that will
  shape your future markets
Responsiveness

   As competitors become increasing
    responsive to customer needs,
    companies must match the effort,
    using the right application of
    knowledge     within  the proper
    structure and process
