This document discusses the importance of African history and leaders in shaping both Africa and the world. It notes that African history is the oldest in the world, and great leaders from ancient Egypt to the present have played pivotal roles. While these leaders each brought different strengths, they all worked to create a better future for Africans by fighting oppression and advancing victories. To truly honor these ancestors, the document argues we must build upon their legacies through critical thinking and reflection, and continue working to establish a new African future.
