▫ Minimise and maximise as per your need
How to create a table
On the given sheet
• Write column 1, 2, 3, 4 as Sr. no., date, day and
month
• Write Sr. No. till 1,2,3
• Drag till 3o/ 31 to make a list
• Select rows and columns and make boundaries
• Complete the list of date, day and month
• Decorate/ Format
Cut, copy, paste
• Selection of correct cell/s while cutting, copying and
pasting is important
• Shortcuts:
▫ Ctrl + X = Cut
▫ Ctrl + V = Paste
▫ Ctrl + C = Copy
▫ Ctrl + Z = Undo
Formulas
• Sum
• Maximum
• Minimum
• Average
• Proper
• Concatenate
• Control + F
Data management
• Formatting
▫ Merge, unmerge cells
▫ Format cells (date, numbers,
percentage)
▫ Formatting with respect to
numbers

  • #5: Write today’s date and day in the column below it; Show how to create table; Format painter, save, middle alignment, bold, format painter, color
  • #7: Add no. of hours practised on excel. Make another table for proper and concatenate on the same sheet. Ask everybody’s name and surname for concatenate.
  • #8: Sorting is always to be done after selecting the complete table otherwise the data would get messed up
  • #9: Example of donut competition, coloring graphs
  • #10: Donut competition for two consecutive months
  • #11: Do not leave rows and columns if you want to use formulas
