- 4. HARMONY Attained when there is unity among the elements of design that contribute equally to produce an effect on a garment.

- 7. 7 RHYTHM This is achieved when the eye moves smoothly and is able to connect all details of interest from all points of the design.

- 9. 9 2. Repetition It is the repetition of lines, color and shapes.
- 10. 10 3. Transition A change of design from pleats on waist line to fitted skirt at the hemline.
- 11. 11 4. Radiation The shirring of the neckline radiate down to the hemline of the garment.
- 12. 12 5. Gradation Graduated size of design or pockets: Small, Medium and Large.
