The document describes how to install the Prisync extension on a Magento site. It involves obtaining an API key from Prisync, then entering the API credentials in the extension settings within Magento admin. This allows the extension to connect the Magento store to Prisync. - 2. - How to Install Magento Extension Let’s assume that you have a webshop running on Magento. The view below shows your Magento admin panel before you install the extension:
- 3. - How to Install Magento Extension You can install Prisync extension using Magento Marketplace. (or you can install it via uploading the tgz file to your server.) AFer installing Prisync extension, a new tab will appear on your Magento admin panel, see it below:
- 4. - How to Install Magento Extension AFer installing the extension, if you click on Prisync tab, you’ll see two different subheaders: - Import Products - Se:ngs
- 5. - How to Install Magento Extension Import Products: - Under this tab, you can easily select and import the products directly to your Prisync account. Se:ngs: - Under this tab, you can add your API credenLals ( email, API key ). - You can also edit your seMngs under this tab.

- 7. - How to Install Magento Extension Se:ngs: As for starLng up, you need to obtain and save your Prisync API Email and API Key. Since Prisync is an extension running on the cloud, it provides API endpoints for Prisync extension for geMng compeLtor prices and SmartPrices.
- 8. - How to Install Magento Extension Ge:ng API key: To obtain your API Key, go to hQps://www.prisync.com/register and register with your business email. The registraLon form is shown below:
- 9. - How to Install Magento Extension Ge:ng API key: Now you can go to My Account → SeMngs page to get your Prisync API Key.
- 10. - How to Install Magento Extension Ge:ng API key: In the next page, click on API Access Details tab. Now you see your API Email and API Key. Your API email is the email that you use to login to your Prisync account. Note your API Key into a safe place, we’ll use that in a minute.
- 11. - How to Install Magento Extension Se:ngs: Open up your Magento admin panel, click on Prisync tab, click on SeMngs again. Now you can enter your Prisync API Email and API Key into two input boxes. Then click on Save and conBnue to Import your products buQon.

- 13. - How to Install Magento Extension Se:ngs: If you change this seMng to “Yes”, then we change your prices automaLcally based on the rules you set up under Dynamic Pricing Module in your Prisync account. You can also select which aQribute to be set by Prisync, you have two opLons, Price or Special Price.
- 14. - How to Install Magento Extension Se:ngs: If you have mulLple stores in your Magento panel, you can also select from which store the products will be imported. AFer you imported the products, you can also enable the auto-sync feature and our extension keeps synced your Magento account with your Prisync account. It means that if you add a new product to your store, it’s directly added to your Prisync account or if you remove a product from your store, then it’ll be also removed from your Prisync account. In case, you edit a product that you imported to your Prisync account in your Magento account, it’s also automaLcally edited.
- 15. - How to Install Magento Extension Import Products: At this point, you are going to be shown all your products with filtering capabiliLes. You can select which products you want to track prices of. The products you select are going to be imported into your Prisync account.
