- 3. Cast I need to find some actors and actresses, what I will do is look around my class and ask my friends to help me act in my film. For the cast I need to make sure everyone know the script to make sure everyone knows their lines and their cues. I need to make sure my actors know the date of the shoot. If they cant make the date I should either change the date of the shoot or find someone else to act
- 4. Equipment I need to make sure that it works and make sure I rent the camera out. Also make sure we have everything for the camera such as the SD cards and also the batteries and lens caps. I need to make sure I have an audio recorder to make sure I have a back up sound device and also top record ambiance. I need to make sure I have mics for all my equipment such as a rode mic for the camera and a boom mic for the audio recorder
- 6. Filming I need to make sure that the weather is ok so I need to make sure the temperature is ok and also the light is ok. I need to make sure I can get rid of the unwanted noise like the wind, traffic and the public. I can do this in post.
- 7. Transport I need to make sure that my actors can get to the shoot in reasonable time by making sure they set off in time for the train or bus or car If they are taking public transport I need to make sure they get on the right bus and I need to make sure I know their eta and where they are getting off at
- 8. Actors and extras and crew I need to make sure they have a place for refreshments so they can keep hydrated and full so they are ok to carry on filming I need to make sure that my actors, extras and crew have a suitable facilities to go to the toilet.
