Candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to reduce scrap and improve production. Individual will also participate in quality audits and monitoring of lab results to maintain quality standards. Candidate will identify hazards and develop procedures to reduce incidents related to plant equipment and processes. Individuals who enjoy spending time on the production floor with Type-A mindset will excel. Successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred degrees are Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial) 2+ years experience in a fast-paced high speed manufacturing processes, and demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and effectively. Preference will be given to candidates with experience troubleshooting electrical control systems on continuous production lines.
