Our client is seeking a Process Quality Engineer to join their manufacturing organization in Lexington, KY. The engineer will implement and maintain quality systems, including standards, processes, and evaluations. They will also develop inspection methods and work closely with teams on equipment implementation and improvement. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in engineering, 5+ years of quality manufacturing experience, automotive experience, and experience with automated control systems.

This individual will implement and maintain quality system for their manufacturing process; including standards, processes, and evaluations. Responsibilities will also include development of inspection method processes. Candidate will work closely with their teams for equipment implementation across all lines, development, and improvement. Successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree (engineering preferred) and 5+ years of quality manufacturing experience. Automotive experience and demonstrated experience with implementation of automated control systems are a plus. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and management skills a must.
