Process of creating the home page for paper
- 1. PROCESS OF CREATING THE HOME PAGE FOR PAPER WEEK’S WEBSITE! By Michael McCauley
- 2. Firstly, I had to create a template!
- 3. Secondly I added in the ‘Paper Week’ Title
- 4. Thirdly I had to create the tabs which were split up in home, about us, facts and contact us
- 5. 1 Fourthly I had to created 2 the picture slider and to do 3 this I had to create four 4 different pages and in this case I never cared how they were named as they wouldn’t show up on the actual website. I also numbered the pages to know which page is which.
- 6. Fifthly I added in all the information and pictures for each slide and changing the background colours too, so the text and image can stand out to the appropriate colour.
- 7. 1st picture slide- showing me editing the text and its font
- 8. 2nd picture slide- showing me replacing the image
- 9. 3rd picture slide- showing me editing the text
- 10. 4th picture slide- showing me editing the text and changing the font of the text as well as the size
- 11. This next slide shows how I created the four images at the bottom of the website and how I put an effect on the images. Lastly how I selected the image and navigated around the image system.
