Process of my contents page
- 1. PROCESS OF MY CONTENTS PAGE Step by step
- 2. Firstly I started off with a blank page. I added a text box and typed in contents page to allocate that this is my contents page.
- 3. I then added my masthead by using the right font and size needed to grab the audiences attention. After that I inserted an image to my contents page and then resized the image to fit my expectation.
- 4. I then inserted another image to correspond with my layout. In addition I inserted another image to my contents page.
- 5. After that I started to resize each image to make it look a certain way so its is not all crowded. Also added the last remaining image within this column,I lined all my images beneath each other.
- 6. Moreover, I used the line tool to make sections on my contents page. I then inserted another photo as I wanted more images on this contents page. I started to add my sub cover lines which were 5 in all the same font/size and colour so I can all go together well.
- 7. I started to write up all the featured articles within my magazine and included the editors letter, also a few extra details for my sub cover lines. All in the same font/size and colour. After that I added the page numbers to the text to illustrate where everything will be.
- 8. I used the line tool to add lines to underline all the sub cover lines and the editor letter part to make the text stand out. Additionally, I used the shape tool and made a rectangular shape and used the paint tool; to get the same colour as the front cover so it links, it is behind the masthead to make the masthead the centre of attention.
- 9. I then typed up an editors letter response to make the contents page more realistic. Lastly, I added an extra two images to fill the remaining spaces I had on my contents page, to make it all come together and look full and realistic.
