Ranking Criteria & Definitions:

Ease of Use - is this feature going to be very easy for the end user to get value from?

Impact - how much of an impact will this feature have on the end user's ability to achieve their goals?

Solves Problem - does this feature solve a problem that was stated by an end user or buyer?

ROI - will this feature contribute to the return on investment (ROI) that an economic buyer will be looking for?

Value Add - does this feature provide real added value and differentiation from the competition?

Technical - will the technical evaluator accept and approve of this feature readily?

Difficulty - from a design and production standpoint, how difficult is it going to be to deliver this feature?

Feasibility - how much confidence does the engineering team have that they can deliver on this feature?

Effort - is this feature reasonably simple to deliver or will it require a large amount of effort and cost?
