This progress log documents the editing process of a film over several dates from March to April. On earlier dates, issues arose with corrupted footage and uploading to OneDrive. Rough assembly began with a focus on tight cuts, jump cuts, and creating an uncomfortable disjointed experience. Later, all sound bites were marked for potential use and classical music was considered but found to be copyrighted. Alternative royalty-free music was sought from YouTube audio library. Feedback on a cut requested a tighter beginning, focusing more on a character by masking lighting, and enhancing shadows.

- 9. 14th April 2021 Had problem with a shot, slightly corrupted. Looks fine on my MacBook, tried adding it to one drive, didn't downloadproperly. Will start genral rough assembly - head room - crop - jump cuts - tie it together - tight - changed beginning shot – not the best, jump cut. Want to make the experience disjointed,stressful, uncomfortable- that’swhy its non linier, jump cuts, close-ups
- 10. 19th April 2021 Went through all sound bites and marked off which ones could potentially fitinto the film. I had plannedto use a piece of classical music. Before I finished editing the whole film I had to make sure that the music wasn't copyrighted so I uploadedit to YouTubeunfortunatelyit got copyright claimed. -- so I went to find another piece on royaltyfree site and nothing struck me. So then I went through YouTubeaudiolibrary via creatorstudio filtered by classical, marked a few I thought would work, I know that music would be fine to use, copyright-wise.
