- 2. Scope and description ● Finding a free parking spot in a crowded downtown area, has become a frustrating battle. Spinning around in circles, trying to find a free space, causes congestion and even more air pollution. Those being said, the purpose of this project, is to create a system that makes it easier to find a parking space and reduce the traffic.

- 6. Constraints ● Being the big project it is, the main constraint are the financial resources: sensors are very expensive and the biggest the city, the more sensors we need. ● Planning must be done in a manner, so no overtime should be needed, since we are trying to reduce the costs.

- 14. Conclusions ● One risk would be that if there are no free parking spaces, drivers will have to take detours to find parking. So, in order to avoid that, we need to keep 15-20% spots left open at any time, and the way we get to that, is by controlling the price according to the demand in different areas. ● Openproj is a useful tool in project management allowing us to monitorize resource allocation, time needed for every task and the dependencies between them.
