 Coordinate with Engineering/Estimation & Quality Department for submission of proposal for the
project as one point communication with client.
 Book the Job in Orion system after receiving the Purchase order and down payment from the client.
 Attend internal and client meetings for facilitating the project.
 Prepare sales order in Orion system and forward the job to technical department for preparation of
fabrication drawing.
 Assure and control work quality based on approved specifications & drawings.
 Co-ordinate with client for getting approval for design drawing/shop drawing/Color coding for steel and
fabric etc...
 Release Job order or fabrication order to production department, warehouse, purchasing department,
quality department and get acknowledgment.
 Project schedule and plan will be maintained & intimate to production to follow and to deliver the
material to site for erection/installation.
 Assist in resourcing the project team and establishing roles and responsibilities
 Manage filing – electronic, paper-based and archiving
 Conduct weekly meeting to discuss about ongoing project needs and to faster the action of all
corresponding departments.
 Material control sheet will be maintained continuously to study the delivery of all project materials &
status of all projects.

 Coordinate with the suppliers for the effective supply of the raw materials.
 Take care of the timely supply and distribution of the finished or semi-finished goods by tackling the
location, environmental or human resource factors.
 Devise plans for improvement in the process of production or quality.
 Work for cost reduction throughout the life cycle of production.
 Train operations personnel about performance management, work measurement, data management,
problem solving and time management.
 Coordinate with the business development, customer service and field support work forces to find out
the pros and cons of the company’s products and bring in improvisation.
 Update to current technological advances for an efficient delivery system after a careful study of the
distribution network
 Communicate with clients and sort out the queries regarding the delivered materials during installation.
 Prepare Orion system invoicing for the delivered materials, prepare billing sheets for monthly billing
