- 2. Current status Lack or incomplete project lifecycle (PLC) methodology. Example : entry & exit criteria to project phases were not well defined. Production started with incomplete testing of prototype and as a result the yield was poor.
- 3. Why bother? Incomplete PLC methodology, introduces inefficiency and is a showstopper for quality standards compliance (ISO9001, TL9000, etc.). This may seriously damage business and ROI. Example : to improve the yield, engineering resources and extra budget were required to repair failed products on manufacturing site.
- 4. The problem Lack of engineering resources, cost and schedule deviations risks, prevent immediate implementation of full PLC methodology. Example : revenues declined due to extra cost required for yield improvement on manufacturing site, leaving no funds for PLC implementation.
- 5. Solution Fast deployment and implementation of the complete PLC methodology (process and documents) based on ready made schema by a 3 rd party program manager. Example : Fast and significant improvement of the yield as a result of implementation of a PLC methodology based on a schema that was successfully tested in $MB projects of world wide companies.

- 7. Summary Fast deployment and implementation. Implementation may be introduced gradually (split into several projects). Full training for all project stakeholders. Improved ROI. Example : PLC was deployed and Implemented in a fast manner. All company projects were running with new schema. Production yield raised from 25% to 98% And ISO9001 target was easily achieved.
