- 2. INTRODUCTION One of the most vexing problems of Enverga Lib.(RFS) is the unorganized collection of clippings known as vertical files. As a LIS student I find this problem very interesting and it’s my pleasure to give some contribution in organizing our vertical files collection.

INTRODUCTION As a student assistant in RFS I find it difficult to assist our clients especially when they are looking for the specific article in the newspaper, because not all the clippings are encoded in our system and take note that we have a newspaper daily. That is the reason why I ended up choosing this problem as my guide for making my database design.
