This usability study investigates access to digitized content via finding aids, measuring efficiency, effectiveness, satisfaction, and learnability among various university participants. Results indicate that the finding aid interface is generally preferred by novice users due to lower completion times and fewer clicks compared to item-level access, but difficulties arise for users with English as a second language. Recommendations include improving user-friendliness of the finding aid interface and conducting further tests to enhance learnability.
