Always the result in focus - what changes happen inside people,  - what changes happen afterwards in the organisation? Good Leadership, demonstrated by the managers, is one of the key elements to success By development and improvement, insights and competence,  real change can be achieved. Knowledge doesn’t automatically mean change and development.  New knowledge and new behaviour is not the same thing. Effective Leadership is more about attitude and behaviour than about knowledge and skills The Puzzle Solutions & My Guiding Principles Main Focus & Aim To improve the client’s business result. We are not in the entertainment business.
The owner of a problem must also be the owner of the solution – involvement is one key to success People want to contribute. Motivation is about having a clear vision  and target to achieve Insight about own behaviour is crucial. To “walk the talk” is another  key element for success. “People will do as you do, not as you  preach”. Role modelling is vital.
