On Salesforce.com side Restful web services were created to ease the two-way synchronization between the application 
and SFDC. 
Also SOAP Web Service was created for the integration with ASP.Net Portal. 
ASP.Net Portal was created to store files with large size. The authorization was realized with the help of Salesforce.com 
using OAuth 2.0 protocol, the integration was realized using SFDC SOAP API.
