- 4. Objective The objective of this presentation is to explain about quantifiers and when to used them. Also, it was created to learn about two types of quantifiers “much and many” and the differences between each other. Another objective is to test the knowledge of the learner.
- 5. Quantifier A quantifier is a word or phrase which is used before a noun to indicate the amount or quantity.
- 6. Quantifiers can be used with both count and non-count nouns.
- 7. Count Nouns A count noun is something we can count. It has a singular form and a plural form. ex: one car, two dogs; a bus, three bicycles; a house, six buildings.
- 8. Non-count nouns A non-count noun is something we don’t count. It has no plural form. ex: fruit, happiness, information, safety, patience, work.
