Therefore I’ve decided to write my main double page spread article about Eminem as he is my favourite hip hop singer too and will interest most of my readers. I will also include “Soulja Boy”, “50 Cent” and “NickiMinaj” as coverlines on the front cover to attract my audience.

Question 7 & 8Mostly like and dislike about present magazines?In addition, they mostly dislike adverts, however, I cannot avoid using adverts because without them, the magazine industry would not be successful.As well as that, 6 people have declared they don’t like the bad choice of free gift and only one person really likes free gift. Consequently, I won’t include a free gift on my magazine. I also intend to use good quality photos and a clear font.These results show that my audience are mostly interested about the articles in a magazine, therefore I will aim to make my double page spread high quality.
- 9. Question 9Rating important and irrelevant aspects of a magazineFor each feature, I asked them to circle a number, where 1 represents its importance and 5 is irrelevant. According to the results, people rated ‘articles’ and ‘picture’ as being the most important aspects of a magazine. Therefore I will take a lot of photographs until I get the ideal photo that will satisfy my audience. I will also do my best to make my article enjoyable. In addition, ‘Colour’ received mixed ratings but I know this is a very important aspect of a magazine, so I will use a clear colour scheme. Lastly, 80% of people rated ‘Competitions’ as 5 and 60% of people rated ‘Free gift’ as 5, which implies that I shouldn’t be concerned about including a free gift, although I will include a competition in my ‘Regular Content’ part of my contents.
