- 2. Startup Discovery On startup the system launches a discovery wizard that prompts you for input and then discovers the network. Options include SNMP settings, services, etc.
- 3. The Main Screen The main screen provides a top level from which you can drill down it also shows alerts with a yellow exclamation mark so you can quickly identify areas of interest and drill down.
- 4. Maps Tab The Maps tab provides you a with a list of devices and key information for those devices. As you can see the web service has an issue on the MSSQL Server.
- 5. Maps Tab Pull down There is also a down arrow on the Maps View Tab. By selecting it you can pick a network view as seen below. Here a Cisco Device has an alarm and is marked in yellow.
- 6. Drill Down for Detail By clicking on the name you can drill down to get information on a specific server. Here you can see disk space, CPU, and Memory utilization for an Apache II server.
- 7. At A Glance Report While looking at the server you can select a tab to see an At a Glance Report. This lets you see packet loss, disk and memory utilization, etc.
- 8. Active Alarms Tab The active alarms tab lets you see at a glance. Here we can see an alarm for a disconnected Modem.
- 10. Reports Tab Under the reports tab you can drill down to get reports on servers, switches, or servers. Notice below that Apache I is at 100% CPU utilization while Apache II is at a max of 14%. This shows the type of information that can be gathered to make an immediate impact.
