Introduction
 QuickYang is our first attempt in bringing a, state of the art, highly scalable NETCONF
agent that supports YANG models over SSH and TLS communication channels.
 QY supports not only processing massive NETCONF flows, but also, multiple agents run
on a single kernel. This gives our users more power to spawn multiple QY instances and
deploy them as test bed for North Bound tests.
 In the current market, there are a few implementations available in free and commercial
versions. However, considering market demand and standardizations, we envision QY as
strong competitor to any of the existing products in terms of data-scaling, fault tolerance,
performance and multiple instance support.
Hoping to see your interest with our product QY…

Transition: Server  Cloud : Equipment  IoT
Majority of the SDN controllers in the market need
network management tool that is quick, can be easily
integrated and gives high performance
SDN wave transformed interests in simplifying
Network management, NETCONF and YANG
playing key roles for device configuration
.
NFV ties directly to NETCONF with its
standardized protocols and YANG models,
making it possible to deploy multi-vendor VNF’s
QuickYang being low in memory
foot print, best suits IoT devices
NETCONF and YANG paves the path for NFV as
they support standardization and automation
required in a cloud environment

North or South bound can be NMS or Equipment
After successful validations, request shall be submitted to
south bound through SBI server, where NETCONF message
can be converted, using instrumentations, to instructions at
south bound device
Supports different programming languages to write instructions
for various NMS/Equipments. QY SBI server takes care of
compiling a model to generate instrumentation functions
automatically.
Once instructions are processed or acknowledged, NETCONF
DB shall be updated and notified to all the subscribers
