• Oversee compliance to NABH requirements and ensuring adherence to established Clinical & Non

authorities.
 Should maintain and update controlled documents such as policies and procedures, and
 Participate in implementing quality improvement projects throughout the hospital.( Reduce
Average Length of Stay, Improve Discharge TAT, Reduce Operation Theatre first case delays)
I am also professionally engaged in as a Privileged as an Honorary Academician for MBA
(Healthcare Management) Course at Siddhaganga Institute of Technology (affiliated to VTU)
mainly responsible for setting the exam question papers, evaluations and guiding the students on
the hospital management projects.
Past Experience(s) :
1. Worked as Hospital Administrator and NABH Accreditation Coordinator at Yenepoya
Specialty, Kodialbial, Mangalore. (250 bedded Multi-Specialty Hospital) from April 2013 to 1st
November 2014. In the current scenario primarily looking after day-to-day operations as well as
Quality. The job responsibilities included-
a. To smoothen the functioning of all the departments – Clinical (Wards, ICU, Laboratory,
