The Problem : We Intend To Address
For Companies & Recruiters
• Top corporate can reach only 5% of professional institutes for campus due to
cost and non visibility of talent in smaller institutes
• SMEs create 90% of job opportunities but can not do structured hiring due to
lack of HR support
• Irrespective of organization size, finding candidate with right skills &
expectations is one of the main pain area
• Recruiters do not focus on fresher hiring due to small ticket size per hiring
For Colleges & Students
• 95% of professional colleges find it difficult to approach corporate for hiring and
to showcase talent
• Over 80% of students find it difficult to get a job after college and do not have
college support for searching placement opportunities
• Most of the students find it difficult to understand where they stand in the
competition and what they need to do to improve their employability

• They spend up to 30% revenue on marketing their service. Still they find it

What We Offer : Our Solution Proposal
 Rankskills is assessment driven hiring & employability enhancement technology
platform for fresher
 Unique platform to achieve collaboration between three key stakeholders i.e.
colleges / students, corporate / recruiters and trainers / mentors
 The platform is driven by 3D (i.e technical skills, aptitude and personality) intuitive
algorithm based assessment. The platform also assesses corporate cultural fit for
each student. The entire process is automated without any manual intervention.
 Corporate / recruiters can search right candidate based on the assessment and
database search criteria like expected salary, preferred location , gender etc.
 Students / colleges can get visibility of skill gaps and mentorship available to
bridge the skill gap based on user defined search criteria
 The stake holders can communicate with each other only after mutual consent to
protect personal privacy.
 Rankskills has revenue model build around services to each stakeholder category

Mr. Chetan Thakre (CEO) has done BE from NIT Nagpur , MBA from
Symbiosis. He has also done PGDPC(Psychology) from premier institute in
India & PMP certification in project management from PMI ,USA. He has
successful career of over 20 Years in India and abroad at senior positions.
He is seasoned corporate management professional and brings with him
strong corporate relationship management experience in India & abroad.
Mr. Sanjay Joshi (Director–Technology) is an entrepreneur and
management consultant with more than decade of experience. Sanjay
has been successfully running a technology company for 8+ years. He is a
Mechanical Engineer and an MBA from Symbiosis. He brings with him
strong technology development and system management experience.
Mr. Abhay Kumar (Director-Business Development) is an engineer
from Premier Engineering College and MBA in HR from Symbiosis. He
also holds Master is Labour Law from Symbiosis Law College with 10
years of entrepreneurial experience in cofounding and managing
service companies. He also mentors early stage start-up companies . He
brings with him strong business development experience..
