While recruiting, we do not merely forward the screened resume against a requirement but also perform a thorough assessment of the candidate through standard psychometric tests. - 10. Once the selection is done, we assist the company in finding out if gaps exist between the person and the job. This is possible if competency mapping has already been done in the company. If not, we first map the competencies for the jobs and then analyze the gaps. Gap analysis gives us an insight into the training and development needs of the candidate. Also, for large assignments, psychometric testing is offered absolutely free of charge.
