- 1. Production Schedule Recce (Location Visit Sheet) Title: Mimi’s house Group Members: Erin (me), Mimi and George List at least 3 Health and Safety Issues and the Solutions: Tripping up or down Mimi’s stairs, to ensure this doesn’t happen we will clear the stairs of any hazards if any. Stop filming if strangers that don’t want to be in the film are nearby. Stay aware of our surroundings when filming so that we don’t injure any pedestrians on the High St whilst filming by getting in they’re way. List at Least 4 Potential Filming Problems and the Solutions: One of our actors might drop out, to ensure this isn’t an issue we will have an ‘understudy’/ back up plan so that we have someone else if one of our actors can no longer be in our film. If Mimi’s house suddenly becomes out of use or too many people are in at her house when we need to film we will use my house (Erin). If any of our equipment stop’s working or breaks we have a backup camera and tripod in case of emergency. If any member in the group fell ill for example George, Erin will film.
- 2. Additional Notes: (weather forecast, etc) We will be inside so we won’t need to worry about weather; however we need to ensure that it is daylight when we are filming.
