- 1. Reference for Islam El-Ghazali Islam is an extremely diligent, industrious and committed individual. He was looking to develop his career and responded to our advertisement for a developer to work on a new and unique ‘On-Line’ service. He made the move from America to England and adjusted very quickly to life here and integrated into the small team with ease. He worked with external contractors to develop the data base of over 100 million records, from over 40 jurisdictions. The register recived live data feeds from a number of Corporations and Government Departments. Whilst he was here he also developed an in-house case management system which was extremely effective. He is punctual and reliable with great integrity and works well either in a team or individually. He had completed the objectives that he joined the company for and he has gained experience and skills which he will bring to any other employer. It was natural that he would look to taking his career to the next level and return to the United States of America. I cannot emphasise how much he will be missed but he genuinely needs to further his career in a larger and more technology based company and he will be a genuine asset to that company.
