Reference for Individuals Co-Ordinator
- 1. In Ellie’s position as an Individual Coordinator at Oxford International, Royal Holloway campus, she demonstrated critical skills that would make her an excellent employee at any company. Ellie did a terrific job in her position and was a huge asset to our team throughout the summer. She has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is extremely organized, can work independently, and is able to effectively multi-task to ensure that all projects are completed in a timely manner. As a consequence of Ellie’s effectiveness I was confident in assigning additional children to Ellie’s group as I knew they would be safe and have a brilliant time with us, of which we got excellent feedback from their parents. Ellie went above and beyond to ensure these students had a memorable experience, as she does in all tasks. Ellie was always willing to offer her assistance and had a brilliant rapport with the all of the students she was responsible for. On a personal level Ellie is a lovely girl, who makes everyone feel happy and positive. She is gregarious and friendly, yet very professional.
