I got to know him in his capacity as Business operations manager for Wrigley Romania. At the time Wrigley Europe was undergoing a big transformation in the way we were running the business moving all units and the region to a more disciplined, transparent and integrated way of communicating and connecting, improved decision making and forward looking approach. Cristi was the lead of this transformation in Romania and as well was a key member of the European core team tasks to scope and plan the project and key milestones as well as train and coach all the European units. He managed to engage the Romanian organization around the vision of better business management and Romania became one of the first units to be granted ‘Class A’ certificate by an external assessment company. Cristi was a member of the European coaching community well and was able to successfully support other units on their journey to establish the new principles and business management practices.
