During the time I worked with her, I found Crystal to be an exceptional team member who takes her work very seriously, eagerly receives feedback, and, perhaps most admirable, exhibits a strong desire to learn new skills. Crystal’s duties included analysis of focus groups transcripts, presenting her analysis, working with team members to develop dissemination plans, and providing feedback for improvement of the overall project. The majority of this work was completed unsupervised. Throughout the project, Crystal consistently exhibited a high level of professionalism through her attendance, participation, and the preparation of her portion of the work. Moreover, she was well organized, efficient, and developed an excellent rapport with other team members. In addition, Crystal exhibited a level of dedication to the project that was most admirable. She consistently put the needs of the project ahead of her own and willingly offered to refuse any credit if necessary to move the findings of this project forward. In summary, I feel Chrystal has the capabilities and skills necessary to excel in variety of employment positions and would rise to any level of challenge put to her.
