- 4. The reality… To take advantage of the latest innovations in technology, you need to learn new software a LOT. This can be stressful, a pain, and something we don’t generally have time for.
- 5. What’s at stake if you don’t keep up? If you can’t figure out something right away and you don’t have the help you need, you might just never realize the power of the tool you’ve invested in. Or, you might waste a LOT of time and energy trying to figure it out. One frustrated user X thousands of other users = huge impact…everything from your perception of the tool to how effective you feel at your job.

- 7. Focused on the priorities: What do people need? Just show me , give me an example , and then let me get on with it. I learn from my social networks because I trust the experience of others. Visual things to help me remember concepts and tasks . I don’t care to know until I really need it , then I needed it yesterday. Learning happens outside of my day job, I could be anywhere . Zzzzz.
